Matt Greene, Financial Consultant

Welcome to my website!!

As a financial consultant at AXA Advisors my focus involves two distinct roles. I have a dedicated approach to working with my clients helping them accumulate, protect, distribute, and transfer their wealth using fundamental strategies of financial planning and risk management.

Secondly, I am diligent in designing comprehensive planning strategies for business owners regarding business succession, continuation, and compensation programs for themselves and their key employees.

A little about myself: I was born in Detroit and moved to San Diego when I was 2 1/2 years old.  After my time at Patrick Henry High School, I went north and attended University of California Santa Barbara, graduating with a major in Law & Society and minor in Sports Management.  I then pursued a career in sports marketing in Las Vegas, New York City, and then back in San Diego working for various sports teams and sports marketing agencies.  After deciding I wanted to work more intimately with my friends and local business contacts, coupled with the desire to stay in San Diego, I moved into the wonderful world of financial services.

With my history in sales and marketing, coupled with my insatiable energy involving myself with many local business organizations, I have been able to not only build a successful business, but have been able to connect many people in different industries for their own professional growth.

I have done this as the Co-Founder of 6 Degrees and as a member of these organizations:

  • San Diego Chamber of Commerce
  • San Diego International Sports Council (Executive Board Member)
  • San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporation
  • Southern California Jewish Chamber of Commerce
  • Urban Land Institute
  • March of Dimes
  • San Diego Chapter of the Society of Financial Services Professionals (SFSP),
  • HeroCare (San Diego)
