A little about me:

I began my career working in the professional sports world for the San Diego Padres and Los Angeles Dodgers AAA affiliates as part of Mandalay Sports Entertainment. This led me to positions at Integrated Sports Marketing, Padres radio, and Active Sports Marketing Group in the marketing, advertising, development, naming rights, and sponsorship arenas respectively.

Before opening 6 Degrees Financial and Insurance Services (as a division of Safeguard Financial), I worked as a Financial Consultant for AXA Advisors while building an extremely successful professional networking group in San Diego, 6 Degrees.

I earned my BA in Law & Society from UC Santa Barbara with a Minor in Sports Management and currently reside in downtown San Diego. I am registered as both a General Securities and Investment Advisor Representative holding series 7 and 66 registrations as well as a Life and Health license in the states of California and Washington.

In addition, I am actively involved in the community both in the professional and non profit sectors. I am Founder/President of 6 Degrees Business Networking, and am currently a member of the Financial Planning Association, Downtown San Diego Partnership, and San Diego Chamber of Commerce, and a few others. As cancer has affected many people close to me personally, I have the pleasure of sitting on the Board of Directors for local non-profit Friends of Scott, who's mission is helping children with cancer and their families while bringing awareness to the community.
